Abstract: In order to convert sites and facilities assisted under the LWCF to other than public outdoor recreation uses, the grant recipient must submit documentation for NPS consideration. Documentation includes appraisal reports, statements regarding need for the conversion, and such additional information as may be necessary given the nature of the specific request.
