The Agency calculated separate burden hours for the testing of gloves and sleeves. This is in addition to there being an increase in the number of power-line installers and repairers from 103,160 to 113,000 who use this protective equipment. In addition, there was an increased in the number of all affected workers 227,683 to 275,000.
