Any person who is an arms broker
operating within U.S. jurisdiction must provide an annual report to
PM/DDTC, Department of State, describing his or her brokering
activities.
More refined estimates. The
increase of 430 to 600 annual responses reflects an increase in the
number of respondents that have submitted reports. The Number of
respondents from 430 to 980 reflects the possible universe of
respondents - the total number of respondents registered with DDTC
that may use the IC.
