The purpose of the Narrative of Revisions is to clearly indicate revisions to a collection since the previous approval

Collection Instruments: FEMA Form 146-0

The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• FEMA Form Number 81-108 is changed to FEMA Form 146-0 (the number only is changed)

• There has been a decrease in burden for this collection. (Number of Respondents, Annual Time, and Annual Cost). This is due to a decrease in the estimated number of respondents as the cancellation process now allows for the cancellation of Special Disaster Loans. The Annual Cost increase is also affected by the addition of the 1.4 multiplier now used on all collections. Also, the previous collection cost included the wage rate category and the cost should actually only reflect postage costs to some of the respondents ($552)

• The annual cost to the Federal Government has increased due to the use of the 1.4 multiplier on the wages as well as the increase due to the Special Loan Cancellation activity being added to this collection.
