The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• Question 1: Updated to reflect the specific section of the CFR for the collection

• Question 2: Updated to include the new tools added to this collection: State Administrative Plan, State Administrative Plan – Submission of Amendments after a Declaration, Request for Time Extension and Request for Additional Finding Cost Overruns for Large Projects

• Question 6: Updated to better explain the issues if the collection does not take place

• Question 7: Updated to reflect the possibility for collection activities to occur with increased frequency

• Question 12: the total annual burden cost reflects the current BLS wage data and the 1.4 multiplier, plus the addition of the following collection tools. State Administrative Plan, State Administrative Plan – Submission of Amendments after a Declaration, Request for Time Extension and Request for Additional Finding Cost Overruns for Large Projects. See Question 15 for details on burden changes.

Also, the 1.4 multiplier has been applied to the respondent’s wages and the total cost burden has increased as a result.

For the State Administrative Plan, State Administrative Plan – Submission of Amendments after a Declaration, Request for Time Extension and Request for Additional Finding Cost Overruns for Large Projects, these tools have been added into the collection for the first time.

For the Recommendation for Arbitration (from the State government manager), the prior calculated responses was off by one and is added here and the update has increased the cost (as has the 1.4 multiplier).
