RE: Request for modification to increase the estimated number of respondents
The eRulemaking Program, an inter-agency program led by the Environmental Protection Agency and authorized under Section 206 of the Electronic Government Act of 2002, operates the Regulations.gov Exchange, an interactive, online forum for the public to provide feedback. The eRulemaking Program is offering the Regulations.gov Exchange site to eRulemaking Partner Agencies for use as a public participation tool. The eRulemaking Program estimates that 12 partner agencies will utilize the Regulations.gov Exchange website, with 1,000 users per agency. Therefore, the eRulemaking Program estimates an additional 12,000 respondents and 420 hours using the Regulations.gov Exchange web site.
