government agencies, and other prospective service project sponsors
in the submission of proposed service projects for consideration by
AmeriCorps NCCC. The information collected by the form is used by
AmeriCorps NCCC to evaluate the proposed service project for
approval and selection.

Authorizing the Development of Project Proposals
In 2006 the NCCC had a total of
5 campuses thus the estimated respondents was 1200. Shortly
afterward the NCCC was cut to 3 total campuses thus reducing the
total respondents to 700 respondants. In 2009 the NCCC added two
additional campuses bringing the number of respondents back up to
1200.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
