The purpose of the Narrative of Revisions is to clearly indicate revisions to a collection since the previous approval

Collection Instrument(s): Certified Cargo Screening Facilities Application, Validation Firm Applications, Security Threat Assessment Form, Security Programs Creation Instructions, Security Program Update Instructions, Recordkeeping Instructions, Validation Assessment Reporting Instructions, Cargo Reporting Instructions, Cargo Reporting CCFS Subset Instructions.

The following listed below are revisions to the collection:

• The collections instruments were revised to contain TSA form number, OMB control number and the collection expiration date.

• An instruction sheet was created for the collection instruments that did not require forms; security programs submission and updates, cargo reporting, record keeping requirements and for validation assessment reporting.

• TSA adjusted the number of annual respondents to complete STA applications to include the number of expected CCSP participants and the validators. (The adjustments in burden have been noted in the tables below)
