The rule requires minimum Federal
safety standards for the preparation, adoption, and implementation
of emergency preparedness plans for railraods connected with the
operation of passenger trains, including freight railroads hosting
the operation of rail passenger service.
The burden for this information
collection has increased by 610 hours. The change in burden is due
solely to adjustments. *****Please see the attached suppllmentary
document or the answer to question number 15 of the Supporting
Justification. The current OMB inventory shows a burden total of
10,910 hours, while the present submission exhibits a total of
11,520 hours. Hence, there is a burden increase of 610 hours. There
is no change in cost to respondents since the last submission.
