NASAÂs regulations under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, incorporated by reference into the AgencyÂs Title IX regulations (see 14 C.F.R. § 1253.605) require the Agency to review compliance among grant recipients. The regulatory mandate states that NASA Âshall from time to time review the practices of recipients to determine whether they are complying with this part. (14 C.F.R. § 1250.106).
