Survey of Satisfaction with the Disability Evaluation System (DES): VA Public Contact Representatives at VA National Call Centers will call DES Pilot Veterans one year after the completion of the DES Pilot program. VA will use data collected to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the program. Data obtained through the information collection is used to evaluate and, if necessary, revise the way the DES Pilot is conducted in an effort to raise customer service standards.
