Combining collection 0293 with 0316 resulted in a burden increase of 3,238 hours with the addition of 2,768 hours from collection 0293. Also, 14 additional respondents completing the phytosanitary certificates accounted for the remainder of the increase due to more shipments of fruit and vegetables from the affected countries. There is an adjustment of -29,188 responses. This occurred because the labeling of boxes was miscalculated in the last submission (no. of actual boxes labeled vs no. of companies).
