Short Statement: We are reporting 1 annual response and 1 burden hour for this collection to serve as a placeholder for regulatory requirements. This decrease of 163 responses and 245 burden hours is an adjustment until funding is reinstated. While the UPARR program has remained authorized, it has not been funded since FY 2002. It may receive funding in the future.
