The priority of service provision ensures that veterans/and other covered persons have access to and receive priority in receiving the full array of services available from DOL funded programs/grants operated either independently or through the One-Stop delivery system. There are two contexts in which priority of service applies – individual programs and grants, and the integrated One-Stop delivery system. Once these data requirements for priority of service are in place, they will amend current Employment and Training Administration reporting mechanisms.
