There has been decrease to the burden hours due to the obsolescing of the CM-918 and CM-1093 of -38 hours and responses of -150 responses from the previous submission. There is also a decrease in the operation and maintenance cost due to a decrease in the responses to the two forms of which amounts to -$406.00 from the $1,000 in the previous submission.
