Short Statement: This notice sets forth interim guidance, pending the issuance of regulations, relating to the new fuel cellmotor vehicle credit under § 30B(a)(1) and (b) of the Internal Revenue Code. Although there are no changes to the document, burden was recalculated to correct a prior error. We are making this submission to renew the OMB approval.
