12 CFR 32.7(b) requires national banks to provide the OCC with certain information in connection with an application to use the exceptions to the lending limit for 1-4 family residential real estate loans, loans to small businesses, and loans to small farms. The OCC needs the information submitted through the application process to evaluate whether a bank is eligible to use the new exceptions.
