This important national research study is called the National Household Education Survey, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education. I’m writing you now to ask you to help us by completing the final part of that study. The study will help educators, policymakers, and researchers to understand educational experiences and needs.

The survey you returned to us stated that the child listed below lives in this household. When completing the enclosed survey please only think about:
