DEFINITION OF DISTANCE EDUCATION |
Distance education courses are courses offered to elementary and secondary school students regularly enrolled in your district that must: |

|
|
|
(1) the instructor in a different location than the students (e.g., interactive video courses); and/or |
(2) course content developed in, or delivered from, a different location than that of the students (e.g., courses delivered via the Internet, district network, or CD-ROM). |
