Abstract: Section 90.215 requires technical measurements be entered in the station records on each transmitter upon initial installation. Recordkeping requirement helps assure proper operation of transmitters, thereby reducing instances of interference.

Short Statement: The Commission is reporting an adjustment. The Commission is correcting errors detected in previous calculations. With this submission to the OMB, we are reporting more accurate estimates. The number of respondents has decreased but the hour burden subject to this recordkeeping requirement has significantly increased by 8,541 hours since the last time this IC was submitted to the OMB.
