The RATB adjusted its estimates for the number of responses as well as the time burden. The estimated number of responses was adjusted based upon the numbers of Section 1512 reports as of the date of the last reporting period, also factoring in the amount of federal financial assistance remaining under the Recovery Act. The estimated time burden was adjusted based upon comments received in response to the RATB's 60-day notice published in the Federal Register, changing the average response time of 2.6 hours to 8.5 hours.
