Short Statement: The increase of 625,113 burden hours is a combination of correcting the omission of burden for the URLA application on the previous submission spreadsheet. Increase is also attributed to considered is a change in the average loan amount, additional lenders participating in the program, due to a change in the program funding level and a keener interest by industry partners and demand from the public.
