Coverdell World Wise Schools need this information officially to enroll educators in the Correspondence Match program and to provide relevant services to its constituency. The information is used to make a suitable matches between the educators and currently serving Peace Corps Volunteers as well assess programmatic functions.

0420-0513 combined two forms: a paper version of Correspondence Match Educator Enrollment Form and a Teacher Survey. The Correspondence Match Educator Enrollment Form on-line form is used often than the paper version (reducing the need and use of the paper verison). The paper version is currently being phase out and will no longer be by Coverdell World Wise Schools once the current paper supply is exhausted. Additionally, the Peace Corps and Coverdell World Wise Schools will seek separate OMB PrA approval for the Teacher Survey.
