All changes in responses, burden hours, and annual cost burden for this collection are due to administrative adjustments. The overall increase in estimated responses is due to revised estimates of annual filings for the items in this collection. The increase in total burden hours is associated with this increase in estimated annual responses as well as an increase in the time estimate for Employee Testimony and Production of Documents in Legal Proceedings. The net increase in annual cost burden is due to increased estimates for total postage costs and partially offset by a decrease in the number of responses requiring filing fees.
