This submission is a request for an information collection to implement the complaint procedure portion of proposed 29 C.F.R. 471, which the Department published as a notice and comment rulemaking (NPRM) on August 3, 2009 (74 FR 38488). The Department did not submit this information collection request simultaneously with the publication of the NPRM, and it therefore published a notice, with a 60-day comment period, informing the public of this information collection request and seeking comment on the proposed burden.
