The FR 1373a,b surveys are
voluntary and the estimated burden is based on the number of
respondents that typically submit a survey reply to the Federal
Reserve. The adjustment is due to a decrease in the number of
respondents, a reduction in the frequency of the FR 1373b
survey(from eight to three times per year), and a slight change in
the estimated average hours per responses.
