Abstract: The information collected through the application process will be used to assess the qualifications and abilities of applicants for ONC-ATCB status under the temporary certification program. ONC will utilize the contact information provided for an applicant's authorized representative to communicate and correspond with the applicant about the application. ONC will continue to utilize the authorized representative's contact information to communicate and correspond with the applicant if the applicant becomes an ONC-ATCB

Emergency Justfication: ONC is requesting emergency processing procedures for this application because the collections of information are needed to implement the Temporary Certification Program, which will become effective upon publication of the Temporary Certification Program final rule in the Federal Register. ONC anticipates the final rule will be published on 6/10/10.
