Abstract: The information collected through the application process would be used to assess the qualifications and abilities of applicants for ONC-ACB status under the permanent certification program. ONC would utilize the contact information provided for an applicant's authorized representative to communicate and correspond with the applicant about the application. ONC would continue to utilize the authorized representative's contact information to communicate and correspond with the applicant if the applicant becomes an ONC-ACB.
