This is an emergency request. The subject of this information collection request (ICR) pertains to two NTLs relating to the Increased Safety Measures for Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf report submitted to the President of the United States, from the Secretary of the Interior, as a result of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
The subject of this information collection request is two NTLs relating to the Increased Safety Measures for Energy Development on the Outer Continental Shelf report submitted to the President of the United States, from the Secretary of the Interior as a result of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, April 20, 2010. This incident resulted in the deaths of 11 people, is now an environmental event of national significance, and as of this date, the well is not yet under control.
