Abstract: The sec. 306C program funds facilities & projects in low-income rural communities facing significant health risks. In a very limited number of cases (aprox. 1 per year), an applicant may make a loan or grant to individuals. This situation requires the applicant to submit an implementation plan; memorandum of agreement, and use of funds reports.
