Nail Collection Instructions

To collect your toenail clippings, please follow the directions below:

1. Clip or cut the nails from all toes on both feet.

2. Clip or cut the amount of toenail which is comfortable to you (such as you would normally do).

3. Place the clippings from all toes in the bag provided by the interviewer.

4. Give the bag to the interviewer.
