The Community-Based Job Training Grants program is an initiative to build the capacity of community colleges and other entities to train workers in the skills required to succeed in high-growth, high-demand industries, including health care, energy, and advanced manufacturing. This evaluation includes a survey of grant recipients and some exploratory site visits.
