This submission includes all information collection requirements used by FMCSA in support of the Title 49 CFR part 375, Transportation of Household Goods in Interstate Commerce, Consumer Protection Regulations.
This revision resulted in a program adjustment increase of 1,003,663 estimated annual burden hours [5,556,400 proposed estimated annual burden hours - 4,552,737 currently approved estimated annual burden hours = 1,003,663]. The change in burden hours arose from the following sources:(1) an increase in the number of respondents from 4,000 to 6,000 firms; (2) an increase in the number of moves from 600,000 to 800,000; and the Agency's reconsideration of all of its annual burden assumptions.
