This revision resulted in a program adjustment increase of 1,003,663 estimated annual burden hours [5,556,400 proposed estimated annual burden hours - 4,552,737 currently approved estimated annual burden hours = 1,003,663]. The change in burden hours arose from the following sources:(1) an increase in the number of respondents from 4,000 to 6,000 firms; (2) an increase in the number of moves from 600,000 to 800,000; and the Agency's reconsideration of all of its annual burden assumptions.
