Abstract: The proposed collection of information will be used by FRA to improve safety by gathering data from the public regarding alleged or perceived violations of Federal safety and hazardous materials laws and regulations. FRA will follow-up on forms submitted by the public with further contact by an agency representative to determine whether such violations have actually taken place. Where violations are verified, FRA will take appropriate measures to ensure safety and prevent future violations.
