Introduction	Good day. I hope you are doing well. My name is ________________ and I am calling today from XXX to see if you are interested in participating in a focus group we are conducting for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Participants will share thoughts, feelings, and experiences buying prescription drugs from online pharmacies. You do not need to have bought prescriptions from an online pharmacy to participate. However, we are looking for individuals that meet a few other specific criteria. Would you mind answering a few questions to determine if you meet our criteria? All of the information you provide will remain private to the extent permitted by law.
Question 1	Do you use the internet on a routine basis? If yes, continue to next question, if no, go to not selected and end of call.
Question 2	Do you routinely buy or fill at least one prescription medicine for yourself or someone else? By routine we mean that you order it monthly, or once every three months, or at some regular interval. If they routinely buy at least on prescription medicine, continue to last question, if not, go to not selected and end of call.
Question 3	Have you ever purchased medicines from an online pharmacy?
Demographic Questions	We have a few demographic questions to help make sure we talk to people from a variety of different backgrounds. What is your gender? How old are you? __________ years. Focus Group Details/ Request for Participation	Thank you very much for your time. You are a perfect candidate for our focus group. Each focus group will be approximately an hour long, and will be held on <date/time> at <location>. You will be compensated $75 for your time, and light refreshments will also be available. Also, so you are aware, the focus group session will be audio taped to ensure accuracy. However, your participation and everything you say during the discussion will be private to the extent permitted by law. Would you be willing to participate in our focus group?
