Under 42 U.S.C. 3789, the Office on Violence Against Women would require semi-annual progress reports on grant-funded activities from all Tribal Sexual Assault Services Program grantees in order to meet its Congressionally-mandated reporting requirements as well as to monitor effectively the award of federal funds.
