This request for clearance reflects
requirements necessary under Title 14 CFR part 135 to ensure
safety-of-flight by making certain that complete and adequate crew
resource management training and evaluation is obtained and
maintained by those who operate under this part of the regulation.
The FAA will use the information it collects and reviews to ensure
compliance and adherence to this regulation and, where necessary,
to take enforcement action on violators of this
regulation.
