47 CFR Section 79.2(c) contains a
compliant procedure. It states that a complaint alleging a
violation of this section may be transmitted to the Commission. The
complaint should include the name of the video programming

emergency. The Commission will notify the video programming

complaint within 30 days.

estimate for the total number of annual responses has decreased by
50, from 100 to 50 annual responses; (c) the Commissions estimate
for the total annual burden hours has decreased by 157, from 210 to
53 annual hours; and (d) the Commissions estimate for the total
annualized cost burden has decreased by $15,750, from $22,500 to
$6,750. There are no program changes.
