The purpose of this collection is to
quarantine several locations due to the presence of Asian citrus
psyllid, a vector of the bacterial pathogen that causes citrus
greening. This information collection is necessary to address the
risk associated with the interstate movement of citrus nursery
stock and other regulated articles from areas quarantined for
citrus greening.
There is no change in burden,
merely a bookkeeping change to consolidate IC'c.
