This collection of information is
necessary to issue limited permits and prevent the interstate
movement of citrus canker into noninfested areas of the United
States.
There is a program change of
-80 hours and -80,000 responses for removing a statement "Not for
Distribution in AX, CA, HI, LA, TX, and American Samoa, Guam,
Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands of the
United States" from the collection because it is no longer required
due to the revision of the quarantine which covers the interstate
movement of fruit from the listed locations. There is an adjustment
of 835 hours for combining the two collections 0317 and 0325. In
addition, there was an adjustment of +2,963 annual responses and an
increase in the number of respondents from 8 to 113 due to the lack
of accurate data in the previous submission. PPQ also incorrectly
calculated the 'hours per response' for the PPQ 530. It should have
been recorded as .16 hours per response instead of .0001, and this
has now been corrected in this collection.
