equipment, charts, maps, and other publications. For inspected
towing vessels, a muster list and emergency instructions provide
effective plans and references for crew to follow in an emergency
situation.

The change in burden is an
ADJUSTMENT doe to a change (i.e., increase) in the towing vessel
population. The change in population is an approximately 13%
increase. Additionally, in the previously approved collection, the
data was broken down into two separate categories. For this
renewal, the data is further broken down into sub-categories of
Part 1 and Part 2 to provide a truer picture of the burden
hours.
