The Commission notes the following changes in burden: 1) the total annual hourly burden has been adjusted. The Commission has increased its estimate of the number of respondents in item 12c(2) and decreased its estimate for the number of respondents in item 12(g). The total annual hourly burden is now estimated at 46,885 hours which is an increase of 6,434 hours over the previous estimate of 40,451 hours. Additionally, the annual cost increased because the Commission increased the tariff filing fee to $815 per tariff. These adjustments are based on a review of the number of rate-of-return carriers who make quarterly filings; recalculation of the total number of responses annually that was previously submitted to OMB; and the number of responses increased by 1,024 over the previous submission's estimate.
