Abstract: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) applicants, recipients, and their representative payees use Form SSA-8150 to report changes in circumstances that could affect eligibility and/or payment amounts of SSI. SSA uses the reported changes on the form to determine eligibility and correct payment amounts for SSI payments. The respondents are affected SSI recipients or their representatives.
