1513-0094 Federal Firearms and Ammunition TTB F 5300.26
Excise Tax Return
TTB is requesting approval to make several changes to TTB F 5300.26. Firstly, we have removed “filing out the” in Instruction E and replaced it with “competing TTB F 5000.31.” Secondly, we have added a sentence at the end of the instruction for Line 21; and lastly, we have inserted the word “Part” before “70” and deleted “.123” in the last sentence of the instruction for Line 19. We have also made other minor grammatical corrections.
These are minor changes that do not affect the burden hours.
