Short Statement: OTS is citing a reduction in the inventory burden due to a reduction in the number of respondents. The information for a Purchase of Branch Office(s) and/or Transfer of Assets/Liabilities application is to provide the Regional Offices with the information necessary to determine if the request should be approved.
