The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program provides services to preschool through third grade children through its after school program, but has little to no knowledge about how these programs function--i.e. activities, staffing patterns, curriculum, and other elements that may impact program quality. This survey will provide broad descriptive information on the range and quality of service provided to children participating in 21st CCLC programs.
