The safety standards for full-size
baby cribs and non-full-size baby cribs require manufacturers and
importers of these products to maintain sales records for six years
after the manufacture or importation of the cribs and also contain
requirements for marking and instructional literature.
This was previously submitted
to OMB (ICR reference number 201008-3041-001.) No OMB control
number was assigned, NOA dated 10/18/2010. OMB directed CPSC to
resubmit when final rule was published so a control number could be
obtained. Final rule was published December 28,2010.
