Abstract: The Consumer Product Conformity Assessment Body Registration form will be used to identify third party conformity assessment bodies that meet the requirements to test for compliance to specified children's product safety rules. Third party conformity assessment bodies found to meet the requirements will be listed on the CPSC Web site.

Short Statement: Based on recent experience, CPSC staff has revised their estimates of the number of respondents for initial registration from 300 to 53 and re-registration from 150 to 204. The cost reduction change corrects a technical error in a prior submission, which monetized the burden hours.
