Change 1:
Add BOND to existing screen of sites in ETO.

Change 2: Add BOND Treatment Group information and instructions to ETO participant search. This
will only appear if the beneficiary is enrolled in BOND.

Change 3: Add BOND information to the participant demographic screen

Change 4: Site name is added automatically to beneficiary name in the duplicate check screen.
BOND site name will be added automatically as well.

Change 5: Display alert boxes, alert pop ups, and instructions about BOND participation
to alert WIPAs. These will only appear if a beneficiary is enrolled in BOND.
Alert Language
For Treatment Group T1-WIC: “This beneficiary is a participant of BOND Treatment Group T1-WIC
and should be advised on how the $1 for $2 BOND offset would affect SSDI benefits or referred to a
BOND Work Incentives Counseling provider. If this WIPA site is not participating in BOND, please
contact the local BOND Site Office for instructions or call 1-877-7BOND90 (1-877-726-6390).”
For Treatment Group T21-WIC: “This beneficiary is a participant of BOND Treatment Group T21-WIC
and should be advised on how the $1 for $2 BOND offset would affect SSDI benefits or referred to
the BOND Work Incentives Counseling provider for your site. If this WIPA site is not participating in
BOND, please contact the local BOND Site Office for instructions or call 1-877-7BOND90 (1-877-7266390).”
For Treatment Group T22-EWIC: “This beneficiary is a participant of BOND Treatment Group T22EWIC. DO NOT UPDATE THIS RECORD. This beneficiary should not receive regular WIPA services and
must be referred to the EWIC provider for your BOND site. If this WIPA site is not participating in
BOND, please contact the local BOND Site Office for instructions or call 1-877-7BOND90 (1-877-7266390).”
The alerts and pop-ups will appear and display this language only if the beneficiary is a BOND
participant.

For Treatment Group T1 or T21:“This beneficiary is in BOND and eligible for the benefit offset. If
your agency is not a BOND provider, please assist the beneficiary to contact BOND Central
Operations at 617-520-2880 or [email protected] to find out where the beneficiary
may receive BOND services.”
For Treatment Group T22: “STOP. This beneficiary is in BOND and is eligible for the benefit offset
and Enhanced Work Incentives Counseling services. Do not offer WIPA services. Please assist the
beneficiary to contact BOND Central Operations at 617-520-2880 or [email protected]
to find out where the beneficiary may receive BOND services.”

The same instructions and an automated treatment group indicator will only appear on the three
assessment screens - the I&R Assessment screen, the Baseline Assessment Screen, and the Follow-up
Assessment screens below if a beneficiary is a BOND participant.
