Abstract: The Consolidation Loan Rebate Fee Report for payment by check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) will be used by approximately 950 lenders participating in the Title IV, Part B loans program. The information collected is used to transmit interest payment rebate fees to the Secretary of Education.
